Returns & Exchanges

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Possum People product are additional to any rights you may have under the consumer laws.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it does not comply with these conditions.


Return of Online Purchases


If you find your Online purchase is not as you expected; for example: Fit, Colour or Style- We are happy to offer an exchange or 'Store Credit' to the value of the purchased goods.


Goods purchased online must be returned in the original condition tags included with proof of purchase. You may either return the product in person to our store or return the product by post.


All postage costs will be incurred to the customer.


Return of Purchases Made In-Store


A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all return transactions.


Possum People Gift Vouchers or Store Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other tenders.


Goods purchased in-store must be returned to the store in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.


Faulty Goods


If there is a fault with the product you have purchased we can replace the faulty item or offer a full refund provided the fault has not been made or incurred after the purchase of the product.


How to Return Goods


Notify us of your intention to return the goods within 10 (working days) of arrival of your order; email, phone or letter


Goods must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in with labels and receipts. If made as an online order or Phone payment the receipt can be tracked at our end.


Enclose a note with details; if you prefer an exchange or 'Store Credit', your Name, Mailing address and contact details.


If a refund has been agreed please inform us how this will proceed. Refunds can be processed by Pay Pal if you have paid by this method, then no Card details will need to be sent. Other refund options must be via a New Zealand bank account (Sorry no Overseas bank transfers available) or Credit Card which you will need to provide the number for.
